Fused aluminium oxide powder for alumina ceramics

Fused aluminium oxide powder for alumina ceramic always goes with 50-14 microns. It is suitable for making alumina ceramics. The material itself has the characteristics of high hardness, high refractoriness, strong corrosion resistance and high resistivity.

White fused aluminium oxide powder has the following characteristics:

1. High hardness, Rockwell hardness HR 90-93, Mohs hardness 9.0.

2. High toughness, compressive strength 2250-2700 MPa.

3. Low thermal conductivity. The thermal conductivity of fused aluminium oxide is 3.34-6.28 W/MK. (it varies at different temperatures of 300-1300 ℃)

4. High refractoriness. The melting point of fused aluminium oxide is 2100 ℃. The maximum using temperature is 1800℃.

5. Stable chemical properties and strong corrosion resistance.

6. Narrow particle size distribution range and high consistency of particle size.
